There are a still a couple of crackers left to play in the Premier League this weekend, starting with Manchester United vs. Fulham.

After the 4-0 thumping of AC Milan midweek, Fergies boys will be on a high and will looking to get another vital 3 Premier League points.

Fulham come into the game on the back of Thursday’s defeat to Juventus, so the team from London may be a little leggy after a day less recovery time.

The Reds will also be looking to avenge Decembers 3-0 threshing back at Craven Cottage; their heaviest defeat this campaign so Hodgson’s team better beware.

Man Unt. have won the last 6 home games on the bounce and Fulham haven’t scored in the last 4 away from home; the stats look to be against Fulham and I predict an easy 3 points for the Reds.

Sunderland vs. Man City

What a win midweek for Sunderland; beating Bolton 4-0 to end their 14 game run without a win. Man City won’t sit back and roll over so easily so this will be a tough game for Sunderland.

Man City aren’t the best away from home, so Sunderland will be looking to get something out of this one. Could they scrape a point against the inconsistent Sky Blues?

Liverpool vs. Portsmouth

Rafa’s guaranteed top 4 finish is starting to look unlikely after their shock midweek defeat to Wigan. The Reds are sitting a point behind both Spurs and Man City who both have games in hand.

Losing this game isn’t an option for Liverpool and they should take the 3 points easily against a Portsmouth side, who are almost guaranteed to be playing Championship football next season.

An excellent win for United returned them to the top of the table. Rooney is on fire at the moment and cannot stop scoring - lets hope he keeps in this run of form for the world cup.

The run in for the Premier League title is going to be great this season with nothing between the top 3. Chelsea still hold the advantage with a game in hand but I think it will go right to the wire!
